DISTRIBUTION CENTRE (DC)

We have Distribution Centres located across the globe and they are always a hive of non-stop activity.  There are so many opportunities to be part of our DCs, from Retail Support Officers, Productivity Team Leaders, Pickers, Supervisors, Dispatch Team Leaders, to Inventory Team Leaders and Casuals.

The DC plays a pivotal role in ensuring the distribution of all Cotton On Group product to stores, and everywhere else in between, in a super efficient and timely manner.

The Cotton On Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Cotton On Group. It is a central part of who and what we are and was officially established in 2007.

Here at the Cotton On Group it is our shared belief that we can make a difference to lives of everyone we touch, from our backyard to the world.

Our people are our No. 1 Cotton On Foundation ambassadors! From casual employees right through to senior management, all Cotton On Group employees generously and enthusiastically support and participate in all aspects of the Foundation including:

  • By purchasing the latest Foundation products at any Cotton On Group branded store – and spreading the word to their family and friends!
  • Volunteering their services to any of the Foundation events held each year.

L&D ACADEMY

We are focused on continuous development and opportunities for team members to reach their potential. Through the L&D Academy all team members at our Head Office and International Hubs will have the opportunity to be a part of this innovative learning academy and work towards a Diploma of Management, developed in conjunction with Deakin University. The L&D Academy has been built to focus on competencies that are important for success at the Cotton On Group, diving deep into learning experiences and projects that are fundamental to us and most of all, fun.

We also have a number of other programs to ensure all of our people, whether they are on the shop floor, or at a senior executive level, have the opportunity to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
